Description
Hangyodon is a fish character who was born on March 14 in China. He is depicted as a character who likes joking around but also feels lonely, and whose plans of heroism often go awry. Designed by Hisato Inoue who also designed Bad Badtz-Maru. Hangyodon is one of the members of Hapidanbui, a group Sanrio created in 2020 to promote older characters. In 2022 Hangyodon entered the top 10 of the Sanrio character rankings for the first time in 34 years, placing at number 8.
