Although the name “Little Buddy” may be printed on the tags of some of these plush, they’re just a distributor. They are in fact manufactured by San-ei which is a Japanese officially licensed Nintendo merchandise brand that makes extremely high quality plush with ‘minky’ fabric and beans to help them sit/pose. Koopa Paratroopas (also known as Para-Koopas, Sky Troopas in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, or simply Paratroopas) are winged Koopa Troopas. They lose their wings when they are stomped in the air, turning them into regular Koopa Troopas. Typically, Koopa Paratroopas are placed in large gaps where Mario and Luigi must stomp on rows of them to traverse a pit or reap other rewards. They traditionally come in two varieties: Red Koopa Paratroopas usually fly up and down in a set path, while Green Koopa Paratroopas often bounce in the player’s general direction or fly back and forth, although many exceptions have been made of these rules. Red Koopa Paratroopas first appear in World 1-3 of Super Mario Bros.
