Scarfy is an enemy that appears in many games in the Kirby series. At first glance, Scarfy looks innocent and harmless, but if it becomes upset (usually from Kirby trying to inhale or attacking the Scarfy), it transforms into a more aggressive form. In this form, the Mutant Scarfy (also known as Transformed Scarfy or Angry Scarfy) will begin to chase after Kirby, exploding on contact.. Scarfy cannot be inhaled, but carries the powerful Crash ability, which must be obtained by other means.
