If you made an online purchase and it’s been less than 90 days since it was delivered or initially notified it was available for pickup, then you can claim reward points for it! All you have to do is fill out the form below to have that purchase apply to your rewards account. If you don’t have a rewards account, then you can sign up for one in-store or by using the form found here.

Please note: Rewards points can only be redeemed towards in-store purchases. Pre-orders and deposits cannot accumulate points until the order is completed/released. Allow until the end of the following business day Monday-Friday for your account to reflect any submissions.

Points are not eligible for any purchases paid at checkout with Sezzle or made before June 1, 2022.
