About Display Models

Video Game Heaven & Cool Stuff sells only new products online unless otherwise noted on the product page—such as pre-owned video games. Some items—such as figures and statues—may be removed from their packaging for display in locked cases at our retail stores.

Our online inventory reflects stock across all stores, so the last remaining units may occasionally be display models. Display models are still considered new, unused aside from display, and are thoroughly inspected for defects or damage. They are repacked in their original packaging with all accessories included, though most (if not all) packaging will not be sealed. Display models are only sold when no unopened units remain.

If a figure or statue shows low stock (4 or fewer) and you want to know ahead of time if it is a display, please contact our sales team via the contact form and select “Product Info & Availability.” Calling our retail stores will not provide accurate information.
