About Display Models

Video Game Heaven & Cool Stuff only sells new products online unless explicitly noted otherwise on the product listing page, however some products such as figures and statues may have been removed from their original packaging to be displayed behind locked display cases in our brick-and-mortar retail locations. Our online catalog represents available quantities across all of our stores combined, and due to limited availability on some products, the last few remaining of a figure or statue may actually be a display model. All display models are considered new, unused in any manner aside from being a display, and all packaging and accessories have been safely stored away while displayed. Display models are only sold when there are no "unopened" quantities remaining. Display models are thoroughly inspected for defects, damage, and ensured to be repacked in its original packaging with all accessories included, however most (if not all) packaging will not be sealed.

In the instance that the product you purchase ends up being a display, then our sales team will always communicate this to you before sending the order out. If you are fine with this, then the order will proceed as normal. Should you decline, we can cancel the entire order and refund all payment without hassle. In the instance of an order with multiple items, you can also elect to proceed with the order while having only that item and the shipping value of that item refunded. We will not take any action on your order until we have confirmed how you would like to proceed.
